How to reset the password in your Apptimo ID account
- Go to the Login screen in your desktop (Chrome) or mobile (iOS/Android) Apptimo app.
Mobile (iOS / Android):
- Click on “I can’t sign in or I forgot my username/password” on the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the Username or Email address associated with your Apptimo ID account, then click the Reset button.
- Follow the instructions provided on the screen.
